We just happened to buy some nice dark (80% cocoa) chocolate today along with some full fat organic milk. It also happens to be about 8F... Coincidence? I think not...

wave.gif Medusa and thanks for the suggestion...oh, the power of suggestion.

I just made myself a very large mug of cocoa (unsweetened) with skim milk (almost to the boil) and some sugar and a big dollop of whipped cream...it is warming and comforting.

I'm drooling! drool.gif Our espresso has a very chocolate quality to it, it's the French roast and bean type.
We went through a bunch of brands before we found this... it's the ultimate!

Quote:An extra dark roasted coffee and continental that fits well with hot frothed milk!

The aroma offers aromas of dark chocolate and almonds. The taste is powerful and nuanced with a certain tone of cocoa and ginger, and provides a good long finish with balanced acidity and bitterness.

In Classic French Rost included only Arabica beans of the quality classes Fine Cup from Sul de Minas and Cerrado of Brazil, Excelso from Colombia, Strictly High Grown Central American and selected beans (AA / AB) from Kenya.

drool.gif those look so good thanks Medusa! Ever since being in Europe the coffee here tatstes like crap. Whaler's ordered me a new coffeemaker, an 'iCoffee' that brews with steam, I'm hoping it'll come close to the wonderful coffee I had in Holland. Oh except for the coffee in the apartment uhoh.gif lmao.gif
