Partly sunny is partly cloudy

And partly cloudy is partly sunny...

And theres always a chance of rain...

But wtf...

When i went to sleep last night, the weather forecasters "special map" said we would get all rain...

When i woke up,the weather forecasters "special map" said we would get 1 to 3 inches of snow...

When i got to work the weather forecasters special map said we would get 4 to 6 inches of snow...

When i ate dinner the weather forecasters "special map" said we would get 6 to 10 inches of snow...

When i got home from work there was 12 inches of snow waiting for me in the driveway...

And the storms only half over...

So either the forecasters are asleep at their weather wheels...

Or all those weather satellites that you and i paid for arent really weather satellites...

Or... You live close by water which makes weather prediction kind of tricky. Happens here all the time. dunno.gif

Your probably right and i suppose it depends on what close to the water really means,1 mile 5 miles 10 miles? i'm around 15 miles from the ocean...

But the weather forcasters around here with all their super computer weather models and all their advanced weather satellites (if thats what they really are?) are no more competent and no more accurate then they were 35 years ago when they use to tell the weather forcast with colored magic markers drawn and erased on a laminated board on the wall...

Whats up with that?

Means their fancy schmancy technology still can't predict the weather. I bet our forefathers stepped out from their dwellings, smelled the air and said: yup, we're gonna get snow up to our kneecaps today.

They always mess it up here as well. Florida was the only place I've ever lived where they had it right, but it was by default. June to November was Hot and humid with Highs from the upper 80's to lower 90's with afternoon thunderstorms.
It does the same thing every day, why even bother to forecast the weather?

Around here the weather forecasters will be on television saying how "theres a chance of rain today"...

Is there ever not a chance of rain?...no,not really, theres always a chance of rain anyday...

And they'll say "its partly cloudy today" and i'll say "i thought it was partly sunny today,oh,wait a minute, thats the same thing"...

I love how they always pass the buck and blame their constant weather errors on their computer models, when the forecasters are no more accurate now then when they were when they had no weather computers and no weather satellites either...

But what they do best around here is to blow things way out of proportion, turn a little insignificant storm into the blizzard of the decade!

And everyone falls for it everytime and runs out and wipes the store shelves clean, just like the greedy ceos wanted, who must have some kind of behind the scenes money deal set up with the weather forcasters, imo (*-*)

Whats a little weird around here about this late season "surprise" snow storm is how its moving in the wrong direction, east to west, instead of the usual west to east, whats up with that? did the earth flip over on december 21st 2012 and the jet streams going in reverse? and is that also why so many people are saying that the moon doesnt look the same anymore? which i have also noticed...

Heres our local weather satellite animated radar map and the snow/rain storms moving the wrong way >

They need to give us around here a break,i'm not a weather forecaster, but they are and they earn around $120,000 a year after awhile and about 12 hours ago they said all rain and now theres a foot of snow in my driveway and the storms not over till tomorrow afternoon,12 hours from now...

Hmmmm? i wonder what those billions of dollars so called weather satellites really are?...Spy satellites?

I'm looking outside right now and i'm seeing about 16 inches of snow on the ground and its still snowing with full intensity and my backs in pain, again, after shoveling and snow blowing for the past 3 hours, again,so much for the rain storm that was predicted yesterday morning...

Meteorologist...Meteorschmologist...

"Quick!"..."Hurry up!"..."Run out and get your milk and bread!"..."Its the end of the world!"..."And make sure you wipe the store shelves clean,again!"..."The store managers and ceos need your fear and consumption cash,again!"..."This is the blizzard of the decade!"..."And this time we really mean it!"...
