It's very plain to see the law was violated here, what remains to be seen is, will anyone be held accountable, or as in other instances of potential wrongdoings, will congress hide their heads in the sand.
This is the icing on the cake for Dems with midterm hopes, and does not reflect well on Hillary.
It actually took the headlines away from the VA debacle, Benghazi, IRS among other ongoing scandals, all of which the WH denies are scandals.
