I'd still hose them down. The site is pretty hot and they're getting a significant radiation load. The company is probably trying to minimize exposures since the more workers are exposed the less time they can work on-site.
Everybody on site is probably badged and when the badges turn black they are done for the day.
Looked at badges and visible display doesn't seem to be in fashion. They would have to have dosimeters for on-the-fly exposure reporting.
