Gawd... I have such an aversion to those nasty things. In particular after spending years in the South where you get the Asian ones that fly on your face...

The spines on their legs are needles that dig into the skin.
Then... there are the 'palmetto bugs'

A large species aka the smokybrown cockroach. The adults are a dark mahogany color and winged as well, but don't fly in your face like the Asian ones.

i never got prescribed that, fortunately.. though there were some ingredients i didnt care for.
the tea tastes terrible lol

after the first time i had it, i apologized to my mug.

I've never personally seen a cockroach irl except in exotic exhibitions. That doesn't mean we don't have them, I hear people from "other places" bring them here.

We as a species wouldn't have survived as long as we have unless we adapted to our environment and eat what it provides. Sure it's cold here, but it also means we have to rely on other things than bugs to survive whew.gif

well i wouldnt say tcm is promoting it.
they use it, as a treatment.. but not in every case of course.. and i dont think they
recommend it as a snack.
