I didn't like many of my classmates when I went to school with them, why would I go see people I didn't like to begin with and spend money doing it?

Exactly!  cheers.gif  You are much smarter than me. Going looks to be one of the biggest mistakes ever.

I didn't dislike any of my classmates because I never got to know them. We had class, and everyone went home immediately because we had so much homework, so there was no hanging out. I didn't know how to be social. I was a scrub on the football team. but even there we practiced and went straight home.

The bottom line is I feel obligated to my best friend who was there for me when I was in need. I don't know what he feels such a big need to go or why he needs me to be there. He was also a transfer student and didn't have many if any friends, either. We couldda gone on a three day cruise instead. I suggested it to him, but he's fixated on the reunion.

Page is the greatest guy you'd ever want to meet. Extremely likeable. He was the same way in high school. He has probably never had an enemy in his whole life. So if he couldn't make friends, it says a lot.

Most reunions are probably about catching up with old friends. DeMatha might be different. It's all about the legacy of the school rather than the students. The organizer of this year's reunion who happens to be in the same graduating class has ben the point man for the school and maybe its biggest ambassador in recent decades.

The school has won all sorts of accolades for its sports program for 55+ years. There are presently 5 NBA players who attended the school, as an example. Adrian Dantley graduated from DeMatha as did the two scoring guards for NC State when they upset Houston's "Dream Team" for the national championship way back when.

But those are factoids that don't have a lot to do with male 40 grads and their wives wasting an evening together all because of a few trophies.

Let's make 5G safe by installing zirconium ceramic bricks to the cell masts. It will save the providers billions of dollars quickly by reducing interference.

Can you ask yourself "Why do I love discovering how my protons can experience Loving Kindness?"
