Yes it is a PITA, but aren't you living in a rural area with lots of trees for a wind break?

Same deal. I got up on my roof and used this http://www.acehardware.com/product/index...d=11838800
under each shingle. So far it worked and saved me a lot of cash.

Yes I'm in a rural area and trees break in harsh storms, but we rarely have breaks in electricity. We have a hydro plant in the middle of town and we're living about 800 meters from it.

Yeah, I asked my handyman and the guy I bought the nails and shingles from and they both told me it is not needed, that the sun will melt the shingle bottom onto the wood. wtf2.gif

Is that far enough away from the EMF field to not be affected?

No it won't your handyman is a lazy ass. You have to get up there and do it. A squirt under each shingle.

If it keeps happening then I'll buy some and we'll use it for extra protection...can't hurt.

It's spirit wind...you got unclean spirits in your house? No really...most wind is witchcraft to tell you the truth they do these things to extract more negative energy from you or could be financial via damage. But like I said there are other kinds of "winds".
