Hey we've been on a hardcore diet for a year and a half. We don't do rice in any form. And any poop kept inside of you for over 12 hours will start poisoning you. Probiotics man...or woman. Pooping is good for you.

Honestly I eat bad stuff too but I try to include good stuff in with it while avoiding too much junk and GMOs which is kind of difficult.

Here ya go!!

Wouldn't it be nice to not have to though? and feeling healthy and better without dead weight inside you?

Pooping is kinda a pain in the ass anyways don't you agree?coffeetime.gif

No I don't agree. Pooping is getting rid of dead weight. NOT pooping is a pain in the ass.

Cool vid on the growing algae though, thanks. cheers.gif

...yes but I'm talking about not having the poop in you in the first place!

Perfect nutrition and calorie intake with no digestion only direct absorption!

...that's how your buddy there holding your liquid feeding tube does it.coffeetime.gif

Of course they get really stinky after awhile as they secrete waste product through their skin... I suppose the gut is required for that waste product excretion function regardless of food intake or not... we are human after all and not some bio-engineered hybrid drone thing.

At least I think most of us are hmm.gif

What goes in must come out. Even beer. If you're talking about becoming an autotroph it's something entirely different. Then you disengage the metabolic system as we know it altogether.

Good luck with that. damned.gif

How do vampyrs do it?

They don't poop do they?

There is a way to completely convert organic mass into usable energy and burn whatever waste product your biology produces but it is far from conventional biology as we know it... more in the realm of "mythical" beasts.

There are a few enlightened ones out there that have learned to sustain themselves on bare minimals absorbing life energy from the environment itself. You occasionally hear about these people... some of them monks or whatnot but they get disregarded as hoaxers.

No I think it's quite possible to go past the mainstream estimate on how long people can go without food.

I have to say I have no clue whether vampires poop or not. They're not technically human and I'm not familiar with vampire metabolism.

Ya, if trying the mandrake trick I would then reset your gut with pro-biotics and continue to at least eat some sort of roughage like rice.

I am thinking that it is possible to do it in such a way that one never has to shït again. Not sure how that would affect the gut in the long term. I would think there might be some buildup still over time if trying the cocktail like the guy in the op's article suggests... maybe needing clearing out every so often? I wouldn't consider using mandrake more then once or at most twice a year. Regular use of that could be dangerous.

Mandragora officinarum does not grow here. coffeetime.gif Hardly anything does that's imported does except rye & ruderalis in good years.
Not to say that there isn't plenty of kale, berries, fish and meat, but imported plants don't do well from what I've seen,

I find that some of the smaller herb stores may occasionally have it. Same stores that might also carry such things as syrian rue or kava kava root... all things typically hard to finds these days.

Mandrake is deadly so anyone vending it is probably doing so only to a community that knows what they are doing. Probably far more likely to be found at a witchy store as some sort of spell ingredient.

Probably online sources though. I have an unconventional herbal book around here somewhere that turned me on to it(not that I have used it more then just a few occasions) ...also had uses for such things as dried scorpions and centipedes. and the dosage may be alot smaller then I stated above. I don't remember for certain. Maybe .5 gram. Useful stuff though if you plan on fasting or going on some sort of psychedelic trip. It helps to have a clear gut. It will sure make you shït your briains out for about 6hr though! not to be attempted without being near a toilet! really slimey stuff... you can even see dark stuff that I imagine to be hunks of old crap that have stuck in the corners of the intestinal track. it really does clean you out but also probably hard on your intestine as you are increasing bile production and I wouldn't recommend doing it except on the rare occasion.

There's plenty of stuff growing in anybody's local environment to fulfill nutritional requirements. This planet is very cool like that. cheers.gif

I also have to say I love cooking, actually we both do and we spend a whole lot of time in the kitchen. Eating is enjoyable, especially when you eat the right things.beercheer.gif

I question the general assumption that felines are inherently deficient in the area of grammar and sentence structure.

It is. chuckle.gif I was talking to our consumer ombudsman a few years back, an awesome woman. I talked to her a few times and she said once that life is what goes on between your mouth and you ass. She was right. She also said she wishes there were more people like me.
