Doctors [maybe some them, I don't know] say that many people have heart attacks without knowing.

I think, I think, just think, that worse than diet is stress and a lot of worrying.

Anyway, life expectancy average age is 70-80 [depends on country]
Yet there are many who make it to 90 and more .................. which means that some many more have to die younger and younger, to maintain that average.

What's sure is that we will all die, young or old, I mean they always tell us what we should eat, and what we should do even if we are 100 years old - is'nt it funny? -- as if we are immortal.
