Yes surprisingly it all melted away pretty quickly. We had literally tons of it.

I saw those Pics you posted and Thought : Dayum , Portland was bad enough ,,
this area here in New Mexico has been in a Drought since the '90's

I've been in a Drought since ,,,

I didn't realize how bad it was.

Those Blue streaks in the map are supposed to be Rivers , they aren't Rivers any longer .
Those are now Dry Washes .

The Sub surface Water in this area ( Las Cruces ) is full of a cement type mineral ( Calichie ? )

It's plugging up the Filters on Peoples Swamp Cooler A/C's

we just changed out some filters , we couldn't break the cement off them with a Hammer .
Last year was Triple digits for 3 months
this year is supposed to be worse

everyday is Chem-Trail Day , clouds form but no moisture ever comes out of them .

I'll be missing in action for that Summer here , Idaho Panhandle for me .
