Quite possibly the most emotionally shattering words i've ever read...

Quote: "The lyrics to this song i offer to the lady i have loved from a distance for forty years whose love for me i destroyed and will so deeply regret until the day i die"

Faith shattered words of hell spawned honesty without denial iron laced in vain with silent screams of solitudes venomous pain descending upon broken wings so ripped and torn asunder with emotional devastations like rabid thunder relentlessly possessed by unbreakable chains of withering misery so deeply trapped within the bottomless abyss of a lost and lonely human soul that way too many people still know and feel so well and can all too easily relate yet cannot hope to resist...

For all too many of us the painful solitude of regretful feelings and forever altering decisions can linger on and sting so deeply and badly for a lifetime remembering all too clearly how most of us know the one we really loved the one we let go the one we pushed away the one we hurt and lost so long ago...

The girl from my past who i was very close to for around three years and who i really liked and loved and cared for the most has been about twenty five years gone now and i still feel inner emotional pain whenever i think about her which is often and no length of time will ever be able to erase those feelings but while i was holding her hand someone else was holding her heart and love hurts when only ones in love...

We have a good friend with a broken heart like that. It's a bit pathetic, but we love him regardless.

Seems rather strange and a bit unusual for i've never known anyone who hasnt felt deeply emotional long lasting pain to some degree of severity for having either lost someone they loved or from wasting their love upon someone who didnt love them,i mean like hmmm, maybe thats an american thing, where people act for and lie to and cheat upon each other more than anywhere else?!

I have felt a painfully deep and profound love for the first and perhaps the only girl i ever really loved and we were closely involved with each other emotionally and physically for almost four years, who suddenly threw me away back in 1990 and so its been 25 years and i still do and i always will feel this way about her until the day i die and maybe even longer and although i did not destroy her love for me, i know exactly what the words of this mans quote is saying and i know exactly how he feels...
