So.. I have been lurking around for a month.. I deleted me abc accounts and came here. This isn't my first thread even, but I suppose I would like input or perhaps casual conversation for nights like I am having tonight.

Typically, I can heal people. I can go to the kitchen and heal people with anything available. From skin cancer to heartburn. Aside when it comes to myself. I have ddd in my cervical spine, pinched nerves that send signals that my body is I don't know... Lol... I walk around day to day feeling as if my skull is on backwards. I have tried everything and it makes me worse. Meanwhile, I can reverse nerve damage in others. Although my situation began at 16 and I'm 29 now... Perhaps too late? Anyway... I am having a serious of bad nights. Hince why I am here now. It really helps to come here and help others or chat etc while my family sleeps. I'm married to a morning bird and I'm a night owl. :-))

I have DDD in my neck. It's hereditary.

When it gets real bad, a massage works wonders. Smoking high grade weed also helps to relax the muscles. My Dr. told me, what happens is the nerves get pinched and then the muscles tighten up to protect the neck and stabilize it and at the same time, the tightened muscles start to pull on the optic nerve and then I get headaches real bad.

So, I feel your pain.... Literally.

It only gets worse. That's what you have to work with.

Oh yeah...

Welcome.

Oh... I know. My mom has it in the lumbar region. I seen her go though 3 surgeries on her back and 4 separate ones. Anyhow, I hate how this sounds, as I hate excuses... I'm new to my city, 1200. Miles from home. So can't find anything on the street. I'm the type of lady married to the family. So I don't party. But do partake occasionally. Massage makes me worse. This is what triggered my last episode of issues, which include muscle spasms all over my face and down my arms. Oi ride bike, walk etc. Unless the spasms get too bad. As they also cause other issues. So, I have tried yoga, palates, aerobics, massage, chiro, breathing and stretching. It always seems that those days the spasms become worse then the night before. Such as last night and tonight I experienced a feeling I'd not felt before of muscle pulling that seemed to range through my skull to thoratic and from nose to theoretic.I see someone next week, but am scared of doctors. When this began nobody suspected ddd. So for 14 years doctors told me it was a phycological issue. All in my head. Rant over.

Since I can't find anything, I'm considering krantom. Not for pain, I can cope with pain. Its the spasms that get me and the nerves. Since the nerve damage is quite bad and gets worse. Perhaps unless I go under the knife.
As a women who wants to eventually have children this scares me now. Am I crazy, am I fit to have babies, can I cope with the needs of baby while having issues of what comes along. Food allergies have also been questioned. It seems I do better away from corn and wheat.

Anyway. Thanks for response! :-) I actually expected this to sink. Though I know its more relevant today then ever before.

Still have a candida overgrowth... Have worked on it for over a year, seems to be gone but I know it's still there.
Waiting, lurking to break out again.
Caused by antibiotics that killed my good gut bacteria. I'm on the right path but like some proverbial "demon" I inadvertently picked up along the way, it refuses to go away completely.

how do you heal people? with your hands or just with your thoughts?

forgive my total ignorance, but wtf is ddd?

I understand. Perhaps a person has indigestion, I pay attention to what they eat... If they are eating a good diet I'd say take apple cider vinegar. If they suffer from a bad diet I'd recommend drinking sodium bicarbonate and eating a plant based diet. In most all cases I'd say abstain from wheats, corn or grains unless the substance poses no threat.
In one case, the person had skin cancer, which, instead of growing out, ate into the skin. So I recommended melitonon and vco mixed as a salve and applied topically. It worked short tern, however this person smoked, drank and ate a diet of fast food. None the less, the cancer found other places to go.
Another person, attended to what I said. Had cancer of the throat. Ate turmeric, held a clean diet and lived another few years past "old age".

I don't profess to be some magic person. I use what's here on earth, however, since one person may be going grey for one reason I use current data to eliminate why said issue is here and what could stop it on said data. This said, my deeds are from a voluntary stand point. I have never, nor plan on, making money from this. My recommendations are opinion if anything.

This issue really sucks. Evco helped me. I fasted for a day and added evco. Ie. Coconut oil. I consumed 2 large spoon fulls for a few days while fasting. On day 3 I had a bm of what was clear and white. I never had that issue again. Until hormones came to the front lines in a pregnancy. 5 years later. Long story short, coconut oil is probably the best at getting crap out that doesn't belong there, however keeping good in. If you typically eat gmo and crap free then test for a sti or try garlic caps. Imho

(pref someone who trained in China and is Chinese)

Since I become most inflamed and active after muscle .. Like massage etc.. I somehow think acupuncture will infame me. It scares me. My thoughts have came to fasting since other methods have led me weary
