I think that this would make a great impact on the environmental health of the USA, if not the world.

For the next 25 years...

Shut down all oil refineries and gasoline stations, coal mining, and CNG and Propane operations.

Shut down the manufacturing of automobiles, airplanes, trains and busses, and metal.

Shut down all electrical stations...

Burn ALL trash... burn it.

Find an active volcano... and throw all of America's junkyard cars down the shoot into the lava.... instant molten steel, part of the lava... little impact... gone.

Convert only necessary buildings like Hospitals, 911 operating centers, Police stations and Fire departments and schools to wind and solar energy.
(no other buildings are permitted to use any form of power)

Ban the use of metal and plastics.

Ban people from driving automobiles, using busses, trains, planes or motorboats.

Use Imminent Domain to force farmers in the South and Midwest to give up the land... and then have the US department of the Interior come in, and plant trees, make a man made forest out of it.

Take tens of millions of oxygen tanks around the cities and suburbs.....and just turn them on, outdoors, and let the oxygen just hit the atmosphere.

Spray Potassium Superoxide into the atmosphere that scrubs the atmosphere of Carbon Dioxide, and replaces oxygen.... SPARINGLY.
ABOUT 70 GALLONS OF IT, EVERY 4 YEARS.

THIS IS TO BE TREATED LIKE A MEDICINE... NOT AS A MIRACLE CURE THAT CAN JUST ME WHOOFED DOWN LIKE BURGER !

BUT LIKE A MEDICINE FOR THE ATMOSPHERE... AN OVERDOSE COULD CAUSE THE OCEAN WATER TO BECOME A BLOW TORCH !

Sure they can, but they're probably only going to feed themselves. I wouldn't want to be in a big city when that happens.
