Unfortunately I drank some late this morning. Been zonked ever since. It's my Bedtime coffee recipe. LOL It can literally put me to sleep while sitting up. Trying to counteract it now at 5:30 in the afternoon. Could be up late. LOL

The full recipe is a good amount of ginger and cinnamon spice along with McCormick's pumpkin pie spice plus stevia and a good amount of raw milk turning the coffee blonde.

It's the pumpkin pie spice that seems to do it based on a good amount of trial and error. It might work without the other two spices.

Let's make 5G safe by installing zirconium ceramic bricks to the cell masts. It will save the providers billions of dollars quickly by reducing interference.

Can you ask yourself "Why do I love discovering how my protons can experience Loving Kindness?"

The Mayo Clinic♂ reports that there are a few side effects associated with using stevia:
•Dizziness
•Muscle pains
•Numbness
•Nausea
•Gas
•Bloating

Could be what's making your back act up?

Thanks for the tip. Will have to look into by cutting back or eliminating it. The pain came on suddenly after the sneezing episodes, but maybe he stevia is making it worse.

BTW, I don't have any of the other symptoms. But let's see what happens.

Interesting spice mixture. Stevia tastes bitter to me, not thrilled with it.

I use SweetLeaf stevia. It is not bitter in the least because it is combined with inulin.

After cutting out sugar from my diet I don't really want any sweet things anymore. Stuff that I thought were tart, requiring heaps of sugar in the old days, suddenly don't need any sweetening. Even milk tastes sweet to me damned.gif

I'm thinking if you want something sweet, you stir it with your finger. chuckle.gif
