Cosmetics/toiletry brand Lumene launched
their "paraben-free!" product line already, a
couple of years ago. So this is mainstream
info now, about endocrine disruptors.

Maybe we should use an ancient recipe instead? chuckle.gif

The Roman physician Aetius created a recipe for tattoo ink: [3]

One pound of Egyptian pine bark

Two ounces of corroded bronze, ground with vinegar

Two ounces of gall (insect egg deposits)

One ounce of vitriol (iron sulphate)

Mix well and sift. Soak powder in 2 parts water and 1 part leek juice. Wash the skin to be tattooed with leek juice. Prick design with needles until blood is drawn. Rub in the ink.

Introducing vegan tat ink.

Quote:Intenze is proud to be a vegan tattoo ink and proud to say all of our tattoo inks are free of animal products and with no animal testing. Our vegan tattoo inks only contain ingredients that make the magical color tattoo pigment that so many have come to love and stand by. Pure and unadulterated, we keep out any chemicals or ingredients that could disrupt the healing process or the way pigment goes into the skin.[quote]

Hi UniqueStranger,

That is good information,,,

I wonder if one can get gall over the internet,,,

and if Western Rockies pine bark will also work,,,

this certainly seems alot safer,,,

also wonder if there are any tattoo places which do

Roman Tattoos,,,seems Hollywood would be a good place

to open one...
