Hiiiiiii
I'm back , just returned from a long break in Asia,
and this is what I learned :

Living is like playing snakes and ladders,
On top is Heaven and below in hell.
In each life you are given the opportunity [the dice] to move forward,
Then you die, you either go up a ladder or find a snake and go down again,
If you are brave enough life after life, you climb all ladders and reach the top,
Mission accomplished,
you be a winner and the reward is Heaven.
But if you live for just today, and ignore everything else, life after life you keep falling down and returning to where you started. Some may choose to stay there forever and that will be hell.

Sounds like a nice trip. Did you go to learn new things or just a vacation?

I would never choose to keep my mouth shut, how else can anyone learn about you and your experiences? How else can you learn the deeper truth without asking questions?

talk is not a good teacher, acts are
.... and there's the language of body talk as well, you don't need sound for that

Talk may not be but communication is.

There is no right or wrong way to go through life's travels, but I find when I communicate with people from other places sometimes there is a connection and this leads to me finding more out about myself and others.

For example, when I was younger I had a strong wanderlust and so I decided I wanted to visit Bermuda. So I took on another job and once I saved enough for me and hubby to go, we went. I chose to stay at a small motel on the other side of the island where most tourists don't stay because of various reasons, I soon found out.

Anyway, on the second day I decided to go suntanning on a lounge chair in front of the motel with two other women who were sunning topless, hey, to each their own. When the maid approached me and asked me if I lived around Niagara Falls, Canada, to which I said 'yes'. She then said that she is working two jobs to go there to see the Falls, to which I replied "I worked two jobs to come here", then we both just connected. She continued on and asked me about the Falls, specifically she wanted to go in the dead of Winter and asked if they froze entirely. I explained movement and friction and tonnage of water and that they never froze.

Now that I think back, I wonder what she actually thought about it. I know I first thought this ironic "the grass is always greener and all that", but now I wonder if we connected because not only were we both willing to work hard to get what we wanted but maybe we were both filled with wanderlust and connected on that level.

I think that communication happens on levels that we're not even aware of. I met a young Swedish woman on an airport once and we could hardly stop talking. We swapped phone numbers and stuff but never heard from her again. We had the same first name too.
