Well it came down to freshness, taste, price and buzz. Buzz honey is not sold to the public so that's off the chart. FYI buzz honey is from pollen that will drug you. My personal favorite is from Florida orange groves. California cherry groves in the USA. I did like the Morocco carob but to rare and to expensive. I have run into a bit of honey cutting problem from middle man honey distributers that claim raw & organic from global shippers . Concluding that I can't and won't waste anymore time & money on unkown sorces. One thing I did learn is to mix honey with soft soap or use as a body cleaner. Freeze fresh honey and buy in bulk 5 lb bags to save money. Commercial soaps with commercial additives and fragrance will no longer be bought by me.
