One of the most sought-after Christmas gifts this year is a ouija board with Google searches for the bizarre present idea up 300 per cent since last month.

The internet giant said search engine data revealed that the 'spiritual board' was 'one of the hottest gifts likely to sell out this season'.

Other items featured on the top trending gift guide include the Barbie Dream House, Lego Friends and toys linked to the popular children's franchise My Little Pony.

Me and my siblings (4 in total) had a ouija board for one Christmas and played around with it...basically nothing happened except we all accused each other of moving the piece where our fingers were positioned. I suppose any entity (good or bad) would have got pissed and left. chuckle.gif

Creepy stuff, have you ever tried one? The piece that you and another person's hand is on levitates to give you answers to your questions, do not ask it when you will die. I am not of any Abrihamic belief but I do believe in the demonic and dark spirits. This is a gateway device for their access.

It's a "tool" ... Make sure you know what you are doing BEFORE you apply it.

demons will come and rape your soul if you use an ouija board.

Exactly what I asked of it,
back when some girls in
my junior high class of '77
dabbled in such things:

"How old will I be when I die?"

The answer was "25".

I am now 51.

And slowly starting to realize
maybe it was about mental stagnation,
not physical age... 13.gif

Mehh.

But who knows...maybe everything after 25
has been one long dream á la 'Jacob's Ladder'..?

Had a lot of fun, meaningful times, though, any old case. chuckle.gif

And:

After dealing with a variety of...umh...entities of the invisible,
including the Forest Spirit of Halsskär (which had me running
for my life, laughing hard) and the Ghost of Ye Olde Brewery
(snatched my 3 y o daughter out of its grip one dark winter night)
I'd say the Christian fear mongering over these things seems rather
improductive. Healthy respect much better.
