I recall when I got into the Mexican style of cooking and my "older" sister invited me for a bbq and I was to bring something. Even though my potato salad is exquisite, I decided on nachos and dip.

So, I went shopping all day looking for the finest ingredients and then proceeded to build a seven layer nacho dip in a humungous shallow dish. Well, I tasted and it and said "OMG".

So, I take it to my sis's and place it on her living room large coffee table with two bags of nacho chips. Well, my two nieces decided to taste it and before you know it was all gone.

My nieces raved about it enough to prompt my sis to question me for the recipe.

Share? Please? We're having a neighborhood bbq next weekend and I'd love something special besides burgers and hot dogs.

You had better make lots Shadow, I'm tellin ya. Anyway, I don't recall the exact recipe, but this one comes close. It's not so much the recipe but the order and quality of the products you construct. Keep tasting each layer and subsequent layer as you go and then you can decide when it becomes delicious.

But the real secret is fresh tasty ingredients.

Well, um... we get that orange shït up here, but we go for the white more often than not.
The thing about that video is it shows how even the most mundane BS you have ever seen somehow takes on new meaning with melodramatic music in the background.
If I had a little violin, viola, cello, and bass following me around I too could live in a really bad existential French movie.
Octo could wear lots of mascara and cry.
