I'm not certain if anybody is, the key to good mental health is through diet. I've been on a candida diet now for a few months, no bread no sugar, you can't believe what a difference it's made in outlook.
I think 90% of all problems are diet related.
Most antidepressants are fluoride based as well, that's some really evil stuff.

Never been on that stuff myself, but of course doctors almost cream their pants when they push that shït on everybody. I wanted my doctor to prescribe me melatonin for sleeping, but she thought 'a mild anti-depressant' would be better for me. I said no thanks. WTF! damned.gif

St. John's wort is a natural substance that has been used as a anti-depressant for hundreds of years. I'd recommend that. I've taken it and it works.

It's available at the health food store over here as an extract. thumbsup.gif

I am.

Let's see...

I'm on D3, B-12, Astaxanthin, Krill Oil, probiotics, and I eat no grains, processed foods or processed/refined sugars. I do eat a little fruit (I use it to make the water kefir and I make fruit smoothies with milk kefir.) and I use organic sucanat to make water kefir. I also started exercising more.

Let me do you a favor.

It's not a diet. It's a lifestyle.

After we move I will start making milk kefir with grains in stead of starters and I will get started making fermented/cultured foods (sauerkraut, kimchi, etc).

We have big ambitions to make sour kraut but just haven't gotten around to it. I'm still eating it the store bought variety with jalapenos daily. The candida hates it, and talk about shït fire and save matches. chuckle.gif
