Were drugs and alcohol involved?
Nobody punches a woman little man.
Ah, but I did, so your premise is incorrect. She had a weapon. She planned it.
No drugs, or alcohol involved at all. I was there to pick up my toddler son, so that his grandparents could see him for the first time. She decided that wasn't going to happen and attacked me.
It happened in Virginia, not Florida.
Now you're even dug the hole deeper by admitting that you struck a woman in front of her child.
It's really sad. You see it all the time in West Virginia, we call them Hickerbillys!
Not her child - our child.
did not choose the time or the place or who would be present when I was forcefully attacked. She did. But you want to place the blame on the victim. That's damn sexist of you.
Here is my rule: Don't be swinging sawed off broom handles at me while using my son as a manipulation so you can keep wailing on me. If you don't want to get punched, put the stick down.
BTW, there was no precipitating reason for her attack. Just like the two other times she assaulted me. The first time she tore my shirt while i as driving. It was completely out of the blue, a pure psycho move.
The other time she took a long broom handle that was lying on the floor and once again without warning or reason smacked me across the shin. The third time was the charm, I guess. It surprised the sh** out of her. She had me arrested.
The judge found me not guilty. Why? Self defense.
That's right, the law in all 50 states is that a person can defend themselves when attacked. The law doesn't say, "If you're a woman you can use violence against a man and laugh about it."
