Hope the meds take the pain away. And the help is good.

so do they admit the organ had hep b?

im confused by an earlier post by shadow, so, have a question. Which you don't have to answer. So have you got hep b now or was it just the organ? And im assuming that you would most likely become fully infected with it via the organ. Is that right?

big hugs and inappropriate touching. Burp.

it was just the organ I will have reg blood tests damned.gifover the past year I had hep b vac ..they feel my antibodies are high enough that I won't be affected..we are praying all transplant candidates get vaccinated just in case so there have been other cases of this happening they were the worst and most painful vacs I ever had but thank god I had a good cautious doctor here who wanted me to have them. there is one case of someone getting rabies from a transplant they did die I think they told me that was in 2012

I'm just thankful you pulled through this horrendous ordeal, I truly hope they are made to pay dearly for what they did.
One would think they would check for hepatitis b, rabies, etc before trying to implant it.
An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.

if they can miss hep b, they can miss hiv.. its pretty sloppy work by the hospital.. US hospitals are good too.. i know your healthcare system is crap but your hospitals are 1st world..
