I Think I Know What The Tunnel Of Light Is

This is just my opinion, nobody told me about this idea, this theory explaining what the tunnel of light actually might be and i never heard or read it expressed in this way anywhere else from anyone else,i thought of it a long time ago on my own...

I have read a few books about beyond and back experiences, about people who almost died upon operating tables and car accidents and in their beds or how ever and again and again they describe seeing or approaching and even entering within a tunnel of whitish light...

The tunnel of light accounts are described by people young and old who almost died,or who were declared dead and then were revived, because if they really died, they wouldnt be able to tell us anything at all, because they would actually be dead and they would be gone...

I have thought for a very long time that the tunnel of light people see when they die, when they are near death,is literally their memory of passing through their mothers birth canal, head first and seeing the light of the hospital delivery room getting closer and brighter and the people who are sometimes seen in the tunnel of light might actually be the doctors and nurses and family members who were present within the delivery room...

Maybe those people who were near death and saw the light but then were revived might actually be the babies who are still born as they were actually passing through the birth canal and just as they were about to be born into this world within another new body, their old body was revived and the baby is then still born, for it no longer has a soul as the soul returned to the body that it left when that body was dying but didnt actually die...

The physical and emotional trauma of almost dying,or temporarily dying and then being revived ascends to the surface out from within the hidden depths of our subconsciousness the recollections of our very first memory, our memories of being born,of seeing and approaching and entering a tunnel of light, the light of the delivery room, the light of that star we call the sun...

There have been some studies on this, but I can't be bothered to google it anymore tonight. It's a very interesting phenomenon though as so many people describe the same thing.

Also interestingly coinciding with this 'What's the point of an afterlife?' thread, in particular the last couple of posts

I like this kind of idea ...kind of thinking this sort of theory puts forth but unfortunately for it to be true would imply that a soul incarnates at birth and not before which would be quite unreasonable and if one is to assume everyone gets the tunnel then the whole "light coming from the hospital room" theory makes the assumption that no one is ever born in a dark environment.

Information I have is that the soul typically begins to incarnate in the first 2 months. When brain activity starts up and the fetus starts to move and should fully in by the 3rd month. I had heard also from different sources that the minimal time inbetween standard incarnations is 6 months. Sometimes however it is possible to have a "placeholder" soul incarnate in rare cases ...and of course excusing any sort of temporal phenomenon that may separate incarnations.

It is known by some the astral body takes 3 days to decay after death. This is your bioelectric field or "light body". One's emotional body. In some cases this body can be sustained to one degree or another and explains some ghost phenomenon. If one could perceive the astral environment surrounding this planet they would see it likened to a thick polluted jumbled chaotic layer. Which in a way amounts to or reflects all sorts of unresolved issues we have in the world today. In better ages(like atlantis) with the right "sight" you could see clean and clear to the "top" and "heaven" is seen like a bright light "ceiling" above this sphere. Today it is all muddy and it's nearly impossible for a soul to pass unaided and unmolested. That's what the tunnel is for ...to cut through all of this shït. It's didn't used to be necessary.

Now don't misunderstand... heaven is not a "place". It is better considered the "source" where all becomes one again. The bright light is that of singularity and rejoining and then being re-expressed in a new life is part of the process of reincarnation... but that is not always necessarily the case.

"Keep me free from birth" - George Harrison

Seriously think about what those five words mean and what they're implying...

I had pre birth memories while tripping on acid. I was still in the womb but knew exactly what was going on.
I described the situation to my mother who told me "you must have heard that from Grandma because you weren't born yet.
duh.
That was the ğkking point. My mom is thick as a brick.

I have a friend who told me exactly the same thing. She remembered things from the womb, discussions she heard and was able to ask her parents about it. No way she could know that they said...Of course.

There have been cases where children have had prematurely developed speech centers.

Some of these children not only exhibit the ability to talk very clearly but they talk about things they should know nothing about... early in life we still posses clear memory of the life we just left only we are unable to communicate. These children eventually forget as their brains continue to develop and stop exhibiting their speech ability and then develop normally.

The process of growing and adapting in a new body and environment eventually washes away most if not all memory of past life.

And also, parents and other grownups very much help in washing these things away by claiming it didn't happen / can't be because it doesn't fit OUR reality.

Most cases seem to be of children retaining memory thru early childhood.

The particular one I am thinking of was of a child that exhibited adult speech patterns very early and it spoke to the fact that everyone actually remembers while still in the crib and only forgets later ...and if not entirely then that is aided by parents and the common mentality and disbelief that such things are possible so we disregard what we know in our hearts is true and grow to live of life that much shallower because part of self has been denied ...an inner voice hushed as meaningless.

A recent and fascinating documentary i watched about reincarnation explained how some peoples birthmarks in this life are in the exaxct same locations as the injuries and wounds they received that caused their deaths during their previous incarnations...

What are birthmarks anyways?

Meaning what do narrow minded mainstream scientists and doctors claim them to be?

Marks created from where the stork was holding onto us?...Just kidding (*-*)

My friend has a birthmark upon his left cheek thats in the exact shape of a heart...

I do not have one,although i'm 99% convinced i've lived before,several times...

Actually i'm more like 99.999% convinced...

Maybe i dont have a birthmark because i'm a pisces and thats the final star sign and this is my last incarnation?!

Well if i do have one its somewhere i'm unable to see (even with a mirror) and no one else who may have see it if its wherever has ever told me about it and i've never asked anyone to check over my whole entire body, although several women have done that to me voluntarily several times...
