The directions on that tonic page differ a little from other pages. That page says to strain the liquid and take it straight up. The other pages say don't strain it and that you can mix it into other things. For instance:
Add 2-4 tablespoons to jar, followed by 1-4 tablespoons honey or maple syrup. Add a cup or more of real juice (orange, apple, etc). Shake and sip often until desired effect is achieved.
1 - 2 Tablespoons SuperTonic in one cup hot water. Add honey to taste. Makes a zingy delicious tea!
It seems the only difference is that it is more potent if taken straight.
Also, it is VERY hot.
Very interesting link...now in my favs. I totally believe a healthy diet is of paramount importance to ward off disease.
