No they're not, but loud ass people. 13.gif When it was time to change to summer tires here the whole family showed up. They put out tables and chairs and stuff in the parking lot and made a party out of it. It was all fine till one of them whipped out the clarinet. lmao.gif

Think Disco with accordions. gaah.gif

More modern synth driven noise filled with talentless emotionless torture...

yup.gif With a few notable exceptions, all originality in music has been eliminated, regardless of location. With autotune it doesn't matter how bad you sing, they just find someone with the right look to push the agenda du jour and abra cadaver, they are a singer.

I can forgive the autotune (even be thankful for it as in the case of Train rofl.gif ) if the lyrics and tune are good. Pink, oh she can sing, but her lyrics belong in the ditch sucking dirty water. Same with Kelly Clarkson. Then you get new original singer/songwriters and they get signed to some label that forces them to produce X songs per year and ruins any creativity. Any spark of what made them good to begin with. They all sound the same. Put Katy, Kelly, Pink, Gaga and a dozen others all together, there's no telling the difference. Last time I heard a truly unique voice ... Sinead? Sarah McClachlan?

The majority of so called modern musicians dont play real instruments anymore and they dont write their own lyrics anymore and they dont even sing with their own voices anymore either because music has lost its heart and soul and no longer do people write and sing about their real feelings we all can emotionally relate to and thats why most modern music seems to suck compared to most of the songs released during the 1950s 1960s 1970s and 1980s...

Oh, I love stupid music.

I f**king hate it when the übersmart proggers throw in a compulsory
break as soon as the tune threatens to maybe start groovin.

Just not dead, lame or pro-establishment, government-approved pseudo-music.

In short:

- ğck the mainstream.

İmage

I envision sitting in a Run down Pizza hut

with fazed voices screeching repetitive monologue lyrics

grease oozing from the plastic simulated furniture

a booger picking finger mixing my Pizza Sauce

green molding cheese bits floating in my Chinese Plastic Soda cup
on top of my over carbonated syrup soda

my waitress speaking to me in Spainglish

while her son's break into my car outside stealing my stereo
and carving Graffiti into the paint job

while in the mean time

across the road behind the Book Store

a new batch of Meth is being loaded into a lowered Benz with rims
that cost more then the house i grew up in .

while my wages are less an hour than the expected tip

When I lived in Florida I used to vist Tarpon Springs, The Greek Sponge docks. There was a bar that cooked pizza in a cast Iron skillet over an open fire. Topped with Olives and Goat cheese. Great stuff. Now all Pizza falls short of that experience.
