Did you take that picture?

Let me guess... you just threw the pot in the mix?

Unless you have hash oil or wax you gotta first make butter with the pot to extract the active ingredients and thoroughly strain it and let the fine particle crap settle out.

You don't need to eat the trees unless you are looking for some extra fiber in your diet.

Correct! Make cannabutter first. Recipes can be found all over the net.

Quit wasting your time with vegetable oil ...especially heat pressed oil.

It does not work as well as butter and it doesn't matter if the recipe calls for oil or butter. Substitute butter instead and perhaps up the amount a bit and use a little less water to compensate. Makes for a heavier greasier brownie.

For a small batch(kind of a waste to use bud) just double boil for an hour or two should be sufficient and use cheese cloth and a strainer and make sure to press every bit out of it you can. If larger amount I would use a crock pot and pack it full of trim/shake so that there is just enough butter that it covers the top. I go about 6 hours to make sure I get full extraction but you got to turn it semi frequently seeing as even on low in a crock pot it will get hot enough to scorch a bit along the sides. scoop/pour into cheesecloth in another pot and pour off the liquid and repeat eventually squeezing and pressing enough to get every last drop possible out. It helps to let it cool down some so you don't burn your hands. I recommend using some tall cylindrical container to allow the junk that got through the cheese cloth to settle out and then slide the butter out and scrap the crap off the bottom.

Rice crispy treats are easy but you want to use a whole cube unlike the recipe calls for and make other adjustments to get your texxture and consistency to where you like it. Fudge is also a good one to make but should gotta tweak it to make a heavier richer firm fudge then most recipes turn out.

Strength of butter will probably vary especially if using actual bud. I am not sure what the saturation point is but I think I am coming close with mine.

Given that I have the dose figured out compared to what the clubs here in Cali are calling/selling for a dose ...$5 for a 60mcg "cookie". I make a batch of crispies using one cube and have been cutting it into 9s. A whole one is stronger then what the club sells and half one is weaker. So I am calling mine "80mcg" doses. So just to round things off a bit lets say one cube(1/4 pound) works out to about 10 doses. Figure that into what ever you are making to determine how many treats should constitute a "hit". This is important especially for people inexperienced or if sharing with friends. People eat a piece, start to get the munchies and think the they didn't take enough when it is still kicking in so they eat a bunch more and next thing you know they end up freaking out or like the the dog when they get into your stash... in the corner curled up into an assball shaking or comatose.

This shït kicks my ass so I have to be very careful about how much I eat and how much to recommend to others ...used to be it was too much for me to be comfortable tripping on but lately chronic boredom has changed all of that!

Also you might want to use unsalted for 1/4 of the butter as it helps balance out the salt concentration which seems to go up alittle.
