A news is a news is a news..
News programs are created to satisfy a natural human urge of common people for gossip
CNN recognised this human craving for gossip and successfully offers gossip 24/7
Facebook is gossip facilitator
People who are addicted to gossip do not care if a juicy story is real news or made up news
The kick is exactly the same
The bigger the fake news the more is believed and spread

The saying goes : never let the truth get in the way of a good story

I think there should be much more fake news and much more titillating fake news

What is the point of true news anyway??
5 minutes later it's forgotten
Fake news is remembered for much longer

More fake news I say!!

There was a time when all you got was a half hour of local news followed by a half hour of US/world news at 6 pm. That's all you needed. They were able to keep you informed with just that short time each evening. That makes you wonder what there is to talk about for 24 hours.

Aside from the constant regurgitation of the same stories, the 24 hr cable news channels spend a lot of time covering shit that wasn't covered before. Thanks to their coverage you would think that people went insane and the murder and violent crime rate shot through the roof. In reality, violent crime rates have dropped a good bit. Their constant coverage of every violent crime is nothing more than a fear inducing ratings machine.

What politics from both sides wants to teach us is that things are never complex. If you have your little package and something doesn't fit into that package, You don't know what to make of it so you want to dismiss it or then you will have to do the work of reconsidering your assumptions. - Michael Malice

Yes agree.
And that's why fake news is a wonderful invention.
Real news or fake news is exactly the same thing
What is real news anyway??
If real news contains lies and obfuscation and propaganda then it's fake news
How valuable was the real news when the CIA George Bush and Tony Blair committed their countries to war for WMD that were not existent
If that is real news give me fake news anytime
I would love to watch fake news on TV read out by stripper news readers

This fake news campaign seems to be an effort to dismiss any information or knowledge they don't want known to the public as complete fabrication. Fake news! End of story.

There's mostly grey areas in media. Just because a news agency or channel reports something that's not false doesn't make it objective news. There's so many things I'd like to hear about in the news that are completely ignored by ALL mainstream media. The lines between opinion, news, propaganda and advertising are pretty blurry, most people don't realize that.

No one hits the nail better than Denzel Washington;
.......... my gratitude for this man keeps on growing.
