I know the cause of jetlag

Jetlag is caused by flying which defies the natural rotation of the earth
I have completed a long study of 6000 passengers and my conclusion is that jetlag is a result of interfering with the body biorhythms
Biorhythms begin at birth and adopt a consistent cycle based on the moon gravity pull
I have observed that jetlag only affect humans when we fly east to west the most and west to east to a slightly less extent.
When we fly north South or south north then we have no jetlag ...only increase tiredness .
This is because flying North South the moon gravity pull affects human biorhythms only ever so slightly.
If airlines can alter the flight path to a zig zag mode rather than flying in a straight line then the jet lag effect on fliers will be very minimal.
It will be a question of finding a balance between passengers comfort and airline cost.
My solution would be to offer the option of zig zag flights to first class and business class travellers who can afford to pay the extra cost for the benefit of eliminating jet lag

It's not a theory but it is now proven fact
It is the result of exhaustive research involving 6000 flyers in every direction
Biorhythms are altered when flying forward or backwards in timelines and they need quite a few days to recalibrate themselves.
The worst effects of jetlag on a flier is when he flys during a time when his personal Physical Cycle is at the lowest level below the cycle line. This is when the body will suffer the most from jetlag.
I enjoy sharing my knowledge with you
I could publish it in the Lancet but they are pompous snooty fools

6000 flyers to figure out it is the deference between Night & Day, and the time zone.

WOW, What an interesting mind.

If I am in Texas and Wink at you, you are in England how long did it take you to see that Wink, That's lag.

Lag is the speed of light, thank about that.

OP, i dont fly but your theory is interesting...
my theory is correct as a fact because it has been tested over 6000 flyers
it started by me noticing that each time I flew Australia to China i never got jet lag because they are in the same timezone
but whenever I fly Australia West to Africa or East to America I end up with terrible jet lag especially when the cycle of my biorhythms was at a very low convergence.
The reason is that the biorhythms regulate the physical and emotional part of the body and moves in daily cycle.
when you fly forward or backward of the natural cycle it throws the whole balance into confusion as you either repeat the biorhythm process of the day before or skip one day in the cycle which upsets the natural sequence that began on the day you born.
it is also a fact and another interesting by product of my research , that frequent flyers are 69% more prone to getting mortal diseases to die younger
airlines keep a tab of this by checking the frequent flier points a flyer accumulates over a 5 year period to assess the risk.

Depends on whether or not you think flying in a place is real.

1)Trapped in a tin can for long periods of times with the demons inside people feeding on people in the plane...plus fallen angels who carry multiple demons in that spirit.

2) You're using a lot of energy to travel long distances (it's related to the above).

3)Withdrawl from an inability to sustain the demons inside you to a normal degree from feeding on others.

That's why people drink on planes...it's like demon double dipping. Trading a normal one for one that numbs you but can potentially affect those in a plane who are not drinking leading also to the above.

I never drink on a plane, alcohol is too expensive there and in airports.
