But I think the father acted like a complete BUTTHURT ASS.
I think the mom couldn't do anything else but film it by that point .
The fact the kid actually cried, DADDY, WHY ARE YOU DOING THIS TO ME, will make him hate the guy for the rest of his life.
I hope he does.
Some parents, should not be parents.

Well the kid is already in the car fighting with his dad, and the cops are there.
Sounds like a warrant was executed, and they are minutes into this. I'd have taken a camera out too if my kid was screaming like that, and I couldn't do anything but get arrested if I interfered.

Its a child custody case. Its war. My experience is the early winner, that is the one that wins custody while the child is small is the ultimate loser. The courts will let the child choose when he/she is 15-16 and very often they go with the other parent. The other parent didn't have to do the hard work of setting rules and limits and ends up letting the child do what want to get custody. If you are in this kind of situation and you are a "rules" kind of person you are in for a big surprise.

I think it's a youtube vid she uploaded herself. I don't know her personally, and these wars just damage the kids.
So stupid.

There is absolutely no way to tell what the back story of this is. By her silence, she was undermining the father's court order.

Who is the manipulator here? Did she ignore a custody or visitation agreement that necessitated the court order? Is he a bad parent?

We just don't know.

Pray for me. hug.gif

Just from cases within my own family...I'd say that most times the master of manipulations are the women. They talk the most sh!t about the fathers...many times are not working and/or have low paying menial jobs AND WANT that custody money. It's always in the best interest of the courts AND state to make sure the women gets custody too. Here in WA state...the FEDS pay the state $3 for every $1 the state gets in custody cases. How many women do you know that pay the child support they're supposed to pay? How much is it? It's no where near the amount the men are ordered to pay. The children are used as pawns in a cruel money making game that most times the guys never win and many children are put into horrendous conditions with their mothers. So sad.
