This is what I have to work with. What can I make that's interesting .

Milk
Eggs
Sugar
Sour cream
Ricotta cheese
Pasta
Rice
Beef broth
Carrots
Celery
Kale
Lettuce
Onion
Garlic
Fresh ginger
Tofu (firm)
Lemons
Limes
I might have some canned beans of some kind...

No, no breads, meat, fish or poultry.

Thrill me

Why should they go out to fight?

Thanks 9L, but that's actually one of my go to meals. I do Japanese breakfast.
Tamago Yaki. Whip some eggs, add sugar, Bonito flakes, and some soy sauce. I out it over rice and make a spicy Japanese salad. Mmmmm....

All pre cooked and microwavable meals are not healthy as a full time diet. It's all over processed, salt ladened shït. Learn to cook something..... It's healthier

I actually heard an interesting recipe on the news this morning. I just need to make pizza dough, which I think I have all the ingredients for.
Lemon pizza.
You flash boil the lemons to soften the rind. Then you slice it super thin.
You take the pizza dough and put a thin layer of sour cream, then top with the thinly sliced lemons. Then put some ricotta and or Mozzarella on top, sprinkle with fresh rosemary. Bake until crust is browned and cheese is bubbly.

And I've been reading microwaves zap the nutrition out of food.
Ends up being even worse for you than it was to begin with.

It does. It alters the chemical make up of food. Depends upon how long you microwave it too, but foods made for this specifically, like frozen meals, pre cooked stuff, it's all processed crap. All chemicals preservatives additives.
It's made this way purposely. Very unhealthy as a steady diet.

You are correct, they actually affect minerals and any beneficial things in water, too.
