Maybe some of us could Join Together here in gothic New England where i could take us upon an unforgettable journey inside the haunted Graveyard behind our home some enchanted evening where and when i could try provoking and conjuring and introducing some of you to the Evil Demon that we could try audio taping and filming who resides inside that cryptic and not so final resting place beyond the realms of death and assaulted and terrified my friend and i one winter night so many years ago > http://kritterbox.com/Topic-My-Friend-An...d-At-Night

Yes thank you US, I'm very proud of her and glad to be here. It's a huge step for her but this town seems very nice with friendly people. I also met some of her fellow students who seem like totally nice kids as well. cheers.gif We've been browsing town and the settling in has been no problem at all.

i love sydney.. its perfect.. i love melbourne too.. could easily live there..

I shuttle between Melbourne and Brisbane for work but homebase is Melbourne. Love it to bits

I could live in Sydney if it was in Manly and I never had to go south over the Spit bridge chuckle.gif

i knew you were from Melbourne, cause they hate Sydney more than anyone.. dont know why, its pretty fantastic in every sense of the word.. depends where you live i guess.. im inner east, near kings cross, so to me its perfect.. everything is walking distance, including cbd, amazing beaches are a short drive..

Melbourne is more cultural.. more european.. better shopping.. people are really friendly, until you say you are from Sydney, then they wont talk to you.. no joke.. they are so venomous about sydney.. why? everyone in sydney loves melbourne.. haters gunna hate.. lol.gif

LOL, that's easy to explain. Melbournians whilst they love Melbourne a great deal aren't stuck up or carry an air of superiority about them when they talk about Melbourne. Shitneysiders do. That's the reason for the venom chuckle.gif

Shitney people are cool, except when they carry on about Shitney chuckle.gif

if i slagged your city off, you would say its not so, melb is great.. thats not being superior.. its just how you feel.. im a 4th generation sydneysider, i love this city, i think its perfect..

i love how upset melbourne people get..

i said to this guy once, while i was in Melb that melbourne is like a big country town.. i said it as a joke. he was not impressed.. 13.gif

You're a very rare Sydneysider that actually has nice things to say about Melbourne and praise its good point. Melbourne does have its downsides, 80% of days are cloudy, one horrible constantly brown river and it's just bloody flat without a hill anywhere.

But calling Melbourne a big country town even in jest will not get you far. You wouldn't believe the number of Sydneysiders who come out with that time and time again chuckle.gif

It is indeed a huge step and even though they act all grown up, we know they still need mom and dad...here and there...now and again.

No, but there is with Toronto chuckle.gif

My son moved to Montreal 12 years ago when the ex wife managed to find the single most difficult location to travel to from Australia and relocated with him there banghead.gif so hard to get to see him.

He's 17 now and 6'6. They grow up too fast......

Hope he chooses to come back home one day......
