I've had two bad months, computer wise.

Fiirst the power supply on my good computer fried. No way to get a new one yet.
Then I got an old Dell and put my hard drive from my good computer into the Dell. It fried it.
So then I was booting up with the Dell using the linux cd.
Then the Dell fried

I had an old Compaq Presario Laptop, 600 mhz with Windows 2000 Professional on it. That's what I'm here with. But it sucks. Can't do nothing with it.

But I wanted to let you guys know I'm still around.

I plan on getting a new desktop, when I get some $$.

Luke

patpat.gif Isn't it just typical when all your stuff fries at the same time! gaah.gif

Hopefully you'll find something soon, either cash or a computer. It's so damned frustrating to work on a slow computer. gaah.gif

Had a dream last night the Feds seized my website; took my computer, and everything. And was going to arrest me, but didn't.

Let's hope that sort of scenario won't come to pass anytime soon.

damned.gif That's more of a nightmare chuckle.gif No wonder though, with all the bad luck you've had with computers as of late. Thankfully, it's quite cheap to throw a decent one together these days. You should be able to put something good together for under 300 usd actually.

My computer is still good. It just needs a power supply. It was a built one when I got it. Lasted quite a while; for being on 24/7/365.

Don't know if you've ever dealt with http://www.newegg.com/ but they have great parts dirt cheap! Too bad they don't deliver to Finland gaah.gif We have to buy it all here due to the VAT or value added tax that gets tacked on to everything purchased outside the EU, so even if they did deliver here, we'd have to pay a fortune for it.
This global agenda they're pushing is for corporations, not for the average person; and it's all at the average persons expense. sad2.gif
