wtf2.gif I knew MSM was stupid but this exceeds everything i have seen.

A corporate media owned website in New York has posted the names and addresses of pistol permit holders in three counties in the state.

“Data for all permit categories, unrestricted carry, premises, business, employment, target and hunting, is included, but permit information is not available on an individual basis.”

The Journal News submitted Freedom of Information requests for the names and addresses of all pistol permit holders in Westchester, Rockland and Putnam counties. It used Google Maps to pinpoint specific locations and included the names and addresses of permit holders.

It's not illegal from what I understand, anyone going through FOIA has access to the info. But it certainly isn't intended for what they did with it. Trying to demonize responsible gun owners but making potential victims of every non-gun owner in the two countys. Really explosive damned.gif also a shopping list for crooks wanting guns. emo-daj.gif

I stated elsewhere - if somebody wants to round up the Gannett/Journal staff information I can build an identical map as an interactive shockwave flash (.SWF) file (it will actually be a display engine that needs an image and a data file).

First comment: The funny thing is if you asked the Journal News to list the names and addresses of all people in Rockland and Westchester counties who receive public assistance so we can see where our taxes are going, they'd howl in shocked disbelief in what an invasion of privacy it'd be and how you're trying to shame innocent people.

Sad thing is Bohica, there'd be a lot more on the public dole than responsible gun pwners. Doing what the gov tells them to do and hating who the gov tells them to hate.

I do believe that the world financial house of cards will soon collapse, and there will be blood in the streets.
The city dwellers will beg for gov't intervention, and the country folk will just bury the "gimmedats" in the woods.

Bohica, you'll laugh at this lol.gif

Hollywood hypocrite Michael Moore is at it again. For days he's been on an anti-gun tyrade and now, he's tell the world Americans who have guns are racist. From Moore's appearance on Current TV last night:

I think we’re a very frightened people. I think we’ve been frightened ever since we landed on these shores. We were frightened of the native people.; we were frightened of the slaves we brought over, as we should have been. And those in power have known how to manipulate us with fear. And we’ve started wars over being told lies about, you know — whether it was in the Spanish-American War, the Mexican-American War. You can go through so many of these wars we’ve been in throughout history — right up through the Iraq War — where we’re just lied to because those in power knew if they just put enough fear out there. And the best kind of fear is the one that has the kernel of truth, so you have 9/11 happened — that’s a real incident, nearly 3,000 people lose their lives. Very easy at that point to use that fact in a way to tell a fiction.

And I was fascinated in that subject when making ‘Bowling for Columbine,’ of how fear is used to the point where everybody feels like they’ve got to have a gun in the house. Now, not every house has a gun but we’ve got over a quarter-billion guns in people’s homes. And they’re mostly in the suburbs and rural areas where there is virtually no crime and no murder. So why is that? What are they really afraid of? What do they think of — who’s going to break into the house? Do they think it’s little freckled-face Jimmy down the street? I don’t think so. I don’t think that’s who they’re afraid of. And it cuts down to the heart of our race problem that we still haven’t resolved. And I thought it would be interesting to take a look at that in the movie.

So what are the gun owners afraid of? Abso-ğkking-lutely nothing lmao.gif

You are dealing with a mindset completely foreign to honest hardworking Americans.

The solution is a diversity law for the press. The percentage of conservative staff must match the general population. The problem is 35% of liberals say they would deliberately frustrate the career aspirations of conservatives doing everything from downgrading their papers to denying them tenure. This is why colleges and the media (which are unionized) are overrun with liberals (90% +).

The only solution is to demand diversity and fire the excess of liberals to make room.

The analogy isn't entirely accurate - when walking alongside a cliff - whether you lean right or left makes a difference.

A cliff has no agenda, no political leanings.

Bad analogy. Death on a cliff is determined as much by the direction you are walking as the way you lean. In politics you are always walking toward the cliff.

Politicians hide themselves away
They only started the war
Why should they go out to fight?
They leave that role to poor
