For arthritis, I use MSM, an over-the-counter supplement. Some people get no results, it works for me. I had a Dr give me pills for the arthritis pain, and more pills for the heartburn from the first pills. I tore the prescriptions up in his office and told him if I want to treat symptoms, I know who to see, Never went back to him.

If mine would do that she could get up and walk out of the nursing home my step bras put her in to sell her house, car and personal belongings out from underneath her. The one who instigated the power of atty is also a bank exec. chuckle.gif coffeetime.gif
Mom was and is so over medicated she hasn't a clue as to what they did.

Yes, that's me. I've gained a little weight since then, but I'm still a svelte 185 Kg.

Great Inspiration for me!

I started daily exercise again after a 10 month layoff, Arthritis did get worse. But now back to a strict diet eating mostly raw and steam veggies. following the advice from this site http://www.disabled-world.com/artman/pub...ida_.shtml

for cardio back on the bike, and for building up muscle strength use easy shaper

İmage

Can do so many exercises with it, safer than weights and takes up less room.
Promo for it use

Keep up the great work ocker1 Great Post!
