I made pierogies from scratch last night.
Little pasta pockets and all.
Potatoe cheese....
They came out good. I Froze a bunch for cold winter nights.

Now I hurt everywhere from using that damn rolling pin for hours.
Never rolled so much dough before

I've made them maybe twice, but they're really good. I've made hundreds of potstickers though so I know all about rolling pin exhaustion. 13.gif

I made a customized frappe in the electric blender last night...

Vanilla Ice Cream + Chocolate Syrup + Lite Creme + Milk + Kahlua + Whipped Cream On Top

= Coalesced Ambrosia (*---*)

Me too, once was enough...way too much work. chuckle.gif

Hmmm, I may order this perogie maker because it takes alot of the handforming work out of the task. I love perogies, but the sauerkraut and meat ones.

I may buy a few to give as Christmas gifts to my sisters and nieces.

Here's another way to prepare them.

The cutters are no longer available, but I wonder if some other type of cutter could work? Hmmmmm.
