I kinda like this one too.

HP - Omen 17.3" Laptop - Intel Core i7 - 12GB Memory - NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti - 1TB HDD + 128GB SSD - Black

It has the screen size I like, and the intel core i7.

I insist it be i7, not going to waste my money on i5 or i3.

Keep in mind that Alienware isn't what it used to be. It is Dell now. I've had good luck with HP. Then again, I had good luck with Dell.

Thanks Kritters, I think I go with the HP, keep doing my research for now.

Edit: I think the HP would fit my needs, I would like to get back into my graphic arts...

I really enjoyed it.

Need to run it by momma first, We need to be in agreement or it just won't pan out.

Check out some of cyberpowers laptops. This is a Great Company I can vouch for them personally.

just for comparison. 4K is nice but very limited content out there right now. I have 4K Monitor and 55 inch TV

Thank you, Gumby got the link saved...I also had my laptop connected to our TV. 42 " VIZIO in our room.

Ya know, you don't know what you really have, until it's gone.

My next laptop needs to last at least 5 years.

The graphic card has to be tops, if I'm going to start doing graphic arts again.

I have looked at yours arts, I really like them. I bought Paint Shop Pro X8, I can't wait to use it...

Ive nothing constructive to say except, steer clear of asus laptops. I have one. It was on sale for 250 bucks- my resources are limited. More trouble than when i had my hp pc, virtually problem-free...until it died recently. The more pricier it is, the longer it will last

Both of my boys are using Cyber Power PCs that we have since upgraded. Not a single issue in a year and a half.
