What hate? Iran hasn't attacked anybody in over 200 years. They defended themselves against a US backed attack by Hussein (and won). And they tossed out the US installed Shah that tried to hand over control of their oil fields to BP.

So... what hate? Are you so sucked into western MSM that you actually believe they want to be invaded by NATO and freed of their tyrants like ... Oh say IRAQ??

While we're at it, what has Syria done except sit on Saudi Arabia and Qatar's pipelines to Europe?

Hi Shadow,

Official: Iran 'Ready and Willing to Wipe Israel Off the Map' - The Blaze

does that count???,,,

Iran provides funding, weapons, training, and sanctuary ... through Hezbollah in the Middle East, in the Palestinian Territories, and .... and Palestinian terrorist groups like Hamas

does that count???,,,

and if you study the deal,,,Iranians are tired of funding it,,,

they want their leaders to pay attention to their own economic

problems,,,like unemployment and such,,,the sanctions have not

worked,,,you can get anything you want,,,like Apple products,,,

but they are expensive,,,they talk the talk,,,and provide funding,,,

but let the poor Palestinians do the heavy lifting,,,look it up,,,

it is true,,,and probably why this guy won,,,and he may even

mean what he is saying,,,but I don't trust him,,,too many say

things to get elected,,,but are up to something else...

No, it doesn't and it wouldn't even if Ahmadianjad had said that, because talk is cheap but who's dropping bombs? Not Iran.

Quote:The firestorm started when Nazila Fathi, then the Tehran correspondent of The New York Times, reported a story almost six years ago that was headlined: “Wipe Israel ‘off the map’ Iranian says.” The article attributed newly elected Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad’s remarks to a report by the ISNA press agency.

The article sparked outrage around the globe, with then-President George W. Bush and other world leaders condemning Ahmadinejad’s statement. The original New York Times article noted that Ahmadinejad said he was quoting Ayatollah Ruhollah Khomeini, the leader of the Islamic revolution, but that aspect was largely overlooked.

Then, specialists such as Juan Cole of the University of Michigan and Arash Norouzi of the Mossadegh Project pointed out that the original statement in Persian did not say that Israel should be wiped from the map, but instead that it would collapse.

Cole said this week that in the 1980s Khomeini gave a speech in which he said in Persian “Een rezhim-i eshghalgar-i Quds bayad az sahneh-i ruzgar mahv shaved.” This means, “This occupation regime over Jerusalem must vanish from the arena of time.” But then anonymous wire service translators rendered Khomeini as saying that Israel “must be wiped off the face of the map,” which Cole and Nourouzi say is inaccurate.

No. Hamas was democratically elected. Like it or not, it is so. So was Hezbollah. So was Hitler. But this wall isn't in Germany.

Yah don't say. coffeetime.gif The Iraq/Iran war happened because the Shah was kicked out and the Ayatollah nationalized all foreign claimed oil fields.

In response, Mr. Meridor said that Mr. Ahmadinejad and Iran’s ruling cleric, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, had said repeatedly “that Israel is an unnatural creature, it will not survive. They didn’t say, ‘We’ll wipe it out,’ you’re right, but, ‘It will not survive.’ ”

Mr. Meridor also pointed out that Iran’s leaders have continued to deny Israel’s right to exist and used highly inflammatory terms to describe the state. After Ayatollah Khamenei compared Israel to a cancerous tumor in February — adding, it “should be cut off” — Mr. Meridor noted those remarks were echoed by the president just last month. “Israel is unnatural, it will not exist, it’s on the verge of collapse,” Mr. Meridor said. “When you hear this from these people, you need to take it seriously.”

As the Guardian columnist Jonathan Steele explained in 2006, a more direct translation of Mr. Ahmadinejad’s remarks would be: “this regime occupying Jerusalem must vanish from the page of time,” echoing a statement once made by the founder of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Ayatollah Ruhollah Khomeini.

Hitler became a dictator due to an enabling act and got the two thirds majority to pass the act by locking up members of the opposition

Most dictators rig elections ie. Obama

I don't know. But how about this? How about Americans, Brits, French, Canadians etc, mind their own business, keep their troops at home where they belong, and minding their own business?

How about that?? Go dropping bombs on those that have never harmed you, they might just not like it.

Yes they should mind their own business but there has never been a time that the mid-east has had peace.

I think we quit buying oil from them and watch them bomb themselves back to the stone-age.

Britain gave part of Palestine to the Jews. I guess it was theirs by right of conquest. But tell that to the Palestinians. The Jews don't want a chunk of sand in the Middle east, they want Egypt! Israel is just convenient to acquire it from. And the Jewish people matter little more to the PTB than Americans do to the US admin or I do to Harper. It isn't about Jewish or Muslim or blah blahblah, those are just tools of control, it's about ancient animosity and control.
