Quote: I wanted the American eagle to go screaming into the Pacific. Why not spread its wings over the Philippines, I asked myself? I said to myself, Here are a people who have suffered for three centuries. We can make them as free as ourselves, give them a government and country of their own, put a miniature of the American Constitution afloat in the Pacific, start a brand new republic to take its place among the free nations of the world. It seemed to me a great task to which we had addressed ourselves.

But I have thought some more, since then, and I have read carefully the treaty of Paris which ended the Spanish American War and I have seen that we do not intend to free, but to subjugate the people of the Philippines. We have gone there to conquer, not to redeem.

It should, it seems to me, be our pleasure and duty to make those people free, and let them deal with their own domestic questions in their own way.

And so I am an anti imperialist. I am opposed to having the eagle put its talons on any other land.

Iraq has no strong body of rule since we spent trillions wiping it out.
Then spent billions building a zionist politically correct governing body.
Then we started to pull out after the zio pawns where set in place. Years of police & military official trained men just received a bullet to there heads from a new coup. We pay they play and the beast shall inherit more lambs . The zios will just spend more of our debt money to feed the blood lust and power mongering to keep Iraq in disorder . Iran is now eyeballing the land and looking for a piece of the pie deal.

Another sad day for Israel.
Or is it some judaism-islam game we don't understand?
Israel support independent Kurdistan. Me too. There is on the web a map of future division of middle east, particularly Iraq. It seems that Iranian hebrew/jews has made the move. And Iran from enemy/foe become ally. Putin approved of course. chuckle.gif

The Kurds need their own space, they are not like the rest around there, and very western.
I've met a few people from there, really nice and genuinely friendly.

Agree absolutely. I have some kurdish friends also. Their fight for independence is as far as the fall of the turkish empire. The problem lays geopolitically - Israel has always supported Turkey. Not anymore though. And in the last days I've not heard any lamentation from Israel side against Iran. Jewish diaspora in Iran is very strong and united. Is there some deal inside jewish community about Iran? I don't know. Is here some jew who can lighten us up on the matter?
