Is curing cancer a false hope?

Every now and then, mostly on Face Book I see posts about cures for cancer.

The last one I saw was posted by someone I know who has cancer which is this;

http://www.ministryofhealthyfood.com/unb...w-minutes/

These articles bother me a lot because I feel like they are giving false hopes to patients, now especially to this person I know. It's like a form of cruelty to me.

But, as I am of the opinion that these cures are unreal, I would like to know from anyone who has more knowledge.

Thanks folks

Interesting video BV,

But, with respect to the US people, I would like know facts from other countries.

I mean I'm too tired of controversies from the USA. Seems to me that, if there's anything or almost about everything if there's a theory you find against as much as in favour, and you will find it difficult to learn something about the truth.

Maybe I should'nt say this, but honestly I feel that people in the USA think [or have the attitude] that the world is only just their country. From another point of view I am sure that one can learn much more from other countries.

It seems they have been coming up with potential cures since as far back as I can remember. Thing is we are born, and we all eventually die and nothing can change that.

I think medicine is making great progress, and we as humans are living longer, but I doubt there will be a cure anytime soon. They can't even a cure for the common cold.

Then again, some conspiracy theorist think they might have a cure but are not sharing it with the general public. This I doubt because even the richest of elite, get cancer and die.

One can only hope they find a cure for this dreadful disease.
