Braggs apple cider vinegar, I have been having a table spoon of it in a glass of water in the morning, on waking (typed wanking by mistake blink.gif ), and then before dinner, for a year, and not one cold or flu virus. It really oxygenates your body.. It's good for keeping candida and bad bacteria away..

Wow I had forgotten all about that stuff ! I used it years ago, believe it or not but it kills Toe Nail fungus

watching weather channel right now
State of emergency declared for the south -several states
at 30 degrees above zero there now in the south
28 above at the lowest
(texas,ok,alabama,georgia etc)
predicted snowfall 1 to 4 inches
SC & NC 3 to 6 inches
VA 5 or more inches

40 snowplows at the ready they just said

It would, its highly potent..

White vinegar kills smelly feet problems too. I spray it on my feet before bed, during the hotter months. Kills all bacteria and fungus..

Thanx JR..So far so good..damn it's cold
altho:
upon waking kitchen hot water faucet pipe was froze /luckily caught the problem early on & with a little warming of the pipe up it unfroze & flowed again without too much effort
..put the heat up higher after that one .. & have bottom cabinet partially open till out of this deep freeze

I remember those days, growing up in the upper Midwest that happened about every 3 or 4 years. You're so lucky you caught that that in time, that can end up being very expensive gaah.gif
