I suggest taking a week of it. Spontaneously get on a plane. Head straight for Aruba and go to Bugaloes bar. Guaranteed you de-stress within hours of getting here.
One of my favorite bars.

Nothing like drinking on a bar on a pier in the ocean surrounded by blue water.

No doubt! I highly recommend it . One of my favorite islands for a vacation. Here is the same bar in the upper left from my hotel room at sunset at the Radisson

Hey Irie Lion that's a kickass view. Can't even start to imagine what plane tickets there from Finland would amount to uhoh.gif

I accumulate time off according to how many hours I work and I never use all of that earned and saved time all at once and so I decided to use 10 days vacation time attached with 4 regularly scheduled days off 2 at either end and I usually end up with about 3 or 4 weeks of vacation time paid every year but what I like to do mostly is use 2 of them attached onto either end of 2 days scheduled off so I get several 4 day weekends (*---*)

Well theres one major problem with doing that for me...

My inner voice tells me "The Airplane You Get Into Will Crash" and I listen to the screaming silence of my inner voice whenever possible...

I dont care if the airplane I get into has flown for years trouble free...

When I get on board and fly away that f###ers going down fast and hard and so I wont be onboard when that happens...

Imagine crashing onto a sub zero windswept snow and ice mountain dressed in summer clothing...

Once when I was around seven years old my father took me to one of those naval air shows and they were offering single engine four seat plane rides for about fifteen dollars and so he paid it and we went onboard and up up and away we went for about fifteen minutes...

I didnt know what we were doing and if I did he would have had to drag me onboard kicking and screaming...

I thought it was a friggin bus with wings or some kind of amusement park ride...

But little did I know then that if that one engine broke down and shut off were were helplessly doomed...

I suppose an ocean liner would be the way for me but even they have a terrible track record lately...

lmao.gif The last time I flew back to the States from Amsterdam it was a very bumpy ride. It got unnerving for me when the woman beside me started to cry and pray 37.gif
I handled it in my own way by having 5 shots of Cognac to wash down the sleeping pills the doc gave me for the trip. chuckle.gif
Short trips on a plane don't bother me, but those trans Atlantic flights can be grueling. Twelve + hours on a plane in the middle of the ocean can be a bit nerve wracking.
