ok i have used this guy's techniques before.
i just was doing this particular one because for the last couple weeks at least i have had really bad knuckle pain in 2 fingers

not sure from what but anyhow, i just did all this.. and it has let go.

it was really quite miserable.. i was trying all kinds of things.

anyway, just in case anyone wants to use it:

at the side there are many more categories too.

it seems to be centred around my left hand knuckle

the ring finger one

but this stuff really helps it.

i have used him before with other stuff.
i like his technique using a ball, for places you cant reach in your back.

What politics from both sides wants to teach us is that things are never complex. If you have your little package and something doesn't fit into that package, You don't know what to make of it so you want to dismiss it or then you will have to do the work of reconsidering your assumptions. - Michael Malice

Yeah, give your pet massages to exercise those finger muscles. "Use it, or lose it". chuckle.gif

I also just bought myself arthritis gloves which provide compression and heat. They seem to work well, except the inner layer has a not-so-nice odour, but I wash my hands afterwards and it does not linger.
