ok i have used this guy's techniques before.
i just was doing this particular one because for the last couple weeks at least i have had really bad knuckle pain in 2 fingers

not sure from what but anyhow, i just did all this.. and it has let go.

it was really quite miserable.. i was trying all kinds of things.

anyway, just in case anyone wants to use it:

yes thanks..

it seems to be centred around my left hand knuckle

the ring finger one

but this stuff really helps it.

i have used him before with other stuff.
i like his technique using a ball, for places you cant reach in your back.

Yeah, give your pet massages to exercise those finger muscles. "Use it, or lose it". chuckle.gif

I also just bought myself arthritis gloves which provide compression and heat. They seem to work well, except the inner layer has a not-so-nice odour, but I wash my hands afterwards and it does not linger.

yes tennis ball is one of the things he uses too.

i only have a softball lol
a little large but it works.
