No, not for me. I refused to kowtow to the anointed, so I've been punished.

A million is not what it was even 30 years ago.
SS is a plan that is paid into during your working years, which for me started in 1969.
If SS wants to return the money I paid in for 45 years, I'll take a lump-sum payment today.

Should a person who has worked hard and accumulated wealth not file a car insurance claim after an accident because they may have the means to effect a repair on their own ?

Guns ammo, Food, Water, Sliver, is my Social security . After the global money scam crashes. SS is no safe haven in the future the US dollar will be devaluated and will be worth 1/4 what it is after shift hyperinflation. The zio scamers cant even give 5% of Germany its gold back. And it gets worst they gave them fake filled gold bars.
The federal reserve has sold all solid assets out from under you. Enjoy you change while it last OP.

Like you, I have zero faith in the system.
Beans, butts and bullets are what I see as currency in the near future.
I do regularly add to my Silver Eagle stacks and the so-called junk silver from 1964 and older coins. I just told the kid yesterday I don't care if the Granddaughter cashes it in when she's 30.
I don't believe Social Security is sustainable, just like the cop and fire men's pensions, especially when the latter two stack their last year's earnings to retire on that basis.
I guess it will come down to the Rat Politician choosing who to piss off, the hundred million retirees on SS or their personal armed gang, the cops.

Maybe you should suggest they adopt a German kid, that it's very fashionable in Europe.
