Finally made it last night about midnight. It was a long ass trip (a little over 12 hours) but went smoothly. We get to spend the morning unloading the truck. I'm looking forward to getting this behind us and moving on!

My wife and I had coffee on the porch this morning. It was about 48 degrees (fuck you, Florida) and the air was filled with the sound of song birds!

I hate moving and I have to do that this summer when my lease is up.

I dread moving, most people do.

The rest of the move went fine. We made it here about midnight on Monday. It was a 12 he trip and we were exhausted. We unloaded yesterday but my late mother-in-law's stuff is still here so all of our stuff is pretty much stacked everywhere and we have trails to get around. It looks like an episode of Hoarders Buried Alive.

How are you moving injuries healing up?

It wore me out to read this, everyone has horror stories about moving, and what happens to boxes of your stuff that evaporate?

well , here's a good story about moving

I drove off in 1996 , left everything behind

drove out of my Life in a 1970 V.W. Bus ,

with my Iron Workers tools, a Bag of new Levis and T-shirts

haven't missed anything of my old life since

I went full tilt Minimal .

Happiest Move I ever Gave Myself .

and f-ck moving a Fridge , or even cleaning it , I left it for the next schmuck to clean and move

My lease is up soon and have to get out of here, hating it.
