Almost the entire latin world outside of Latin Europe, is made up entirely of Spanish speaking countries, not all, but the vast, vast majority.

Spanish speaking countries even have an entire continent, South America, all except for brazil and it speaks a language very similar, Portuguese.

What about a French speaking continent ?
:P

If Canada would let go of the Canadian Arctic Archipelago, it could be considered a small continent, or if Russia would let go of Siberia, it could be a fairly large continent, almost the size of Africa.

It's quite the task to separate the Canadian Arctic archipelago and Siberia and drag them away from their previous locations to become separate continents.

Yeah, but lets say, hypothetically, the US Fed allows Texas to succeed from the union, Texas still would not qualify as a continent.

CONTINENTS BY SIZE

#1 Asia - (44,579,000 sq km)
dot
#2 Africa - (30,065,000 sq km)
dot
#3 North America - (24,256,000 sq km)
dot
#4 South America - (17,819,000 sq km)
dot
#5 Antarctica - (13,209,000 sq km)
dot
#6 Europe - (9,938,000 sq km)
dot
#7 Australia/Oceania - (8,112,000 sq km)

It matters not how you subdivide politically, the continents will remain unchanged, unless the unlikely happens and some huge land mass rises forth from the murky depths of the sea... Arrrrr coffeetime.gif
