Politicians hide themselves away
They only started the war
Why should they go out to fight?
They leave that role to poor

I added some more songs to my opening post and they are all my favorites,i could easily add 100 more, but those are all really great timeless classics...

The rolling stones song,2000 light years from home - 1967 is easily their best song i think and its so very different from any othey song they ever did and think about those spaced out incredible lyrics...

Umh, hang on, here's another strong candidate for the #1 spot of all times,
the song that cast a life-long spell on me in...what? 1971? 72?
I was absolutly, instantly mesmerized.
It's still there, playing in the deepest parts of my heart & soul:

They just don't make'em like that anymore...

İmage

As much as i love heavy metal, because of the intensity of the instrumentation,my all time favorite song, included in my opening post,is probably The Way I Want To Touch You - Captain And Tennille - 1975 and everytime i play that song on high quality headphones in the darkness,i'm instantly teleported into another world...
