Well maybe, if you are familiar with the concept of creating your own reality, maybe you are perpetuating it by believing that's the case. I've had good things snowballing as well as bad.
When good things happen I rejoice, when mildly bad things happen (as in waking up on the wrong side of bed) I laugh in its face.
You may not be able to change the world, but you can change how you think about them. It makes all the difference.
