Better get some body armor and a pistol for your child to protect themselves.

"The number of children taking powerful anti-psychotic drugs has nearly tripled over the last 10 to 15 years, according to recent research. The increase comes not because of an epidemic of schizophrenia or other forms of serious mental illness in children, but because doctors are increasingly prescribing the drugs to treat behavior problems, a use not approved by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA)."

Your prayers have worked like crazy. Maybe one of these days I won't have any behavior issues.

Certainly a disaster waiting to happen. I think this trend of prescribing antidepressants for kids is the same for the whole "civilized" western world. sad2.gif

How many wacko shootings have there been in the last year including the gun free movie zone?

There was also one in a mall, where the guy shot a couple people then saw someone who was packing a weapon, so he killed himself.

In the last Colorado shooting, an armed guard was on campus. Apparently when the shooter saw him coming, the shooter killed himself.

I knew a man who was prescribed Prozac who killed both his parents a neighbor and himself within 6 weeks of starting on that hallucentory drug.

There have been other reports of ordinary people who felt like they were crawling out of their skin from those drugs. People do strange things when they feel like that.

Teens are probably even more likely to act out because they don't have as many coping skills. Even the adults find it hard to control themselves when they feel that way.
