Pygmy Massachusetts Congressman Joseph Kennedy on CNN proposing to subpoena President Trump's interpreter during the private meeting with Russian President and all around badass, Vladimir Putin.

No one in their right mind could possibly believe that interpreters during such a private meeting can or should be subject to a subpoena any more than the person whose words they are interpreting. If that were the case, there could never be a private meeting or a secret discussion.
I hope that this administration starts throwing around words like sedition.
What happened on the tarmac between Bill Clinton and Loretta Lynch?
The left knows but doesn't care.
Imo.

Democrats must really be losing it to come up with this one. It is not only a bad idea, it is an obvious and farcical political stunt. A good political stunt should be at least credible. This one fails the smell test. Only the most hardcore Trump hater would buy into it because they view all things through an anti-Trump filter.

Classify the entire matter in the interest of National security, I mean... POTUS actually does have those powers.
The request by Kennedy is unprecedented and probably falls well outside the constitution.
My feeling, it won't happen... but US growth rate is about 4.5% or better, and you can bet they are going to throw every turd they can to see if anything sticks to offset and distract from the "horrible" economic news.

They don'r have to question the translator. They are just planting seeds. The goal is to get the request all over the MSM so that the vocal left picks up on it and drones on and on about it like they do the tax returns.

If they repeat things enough they magically become true.

That's why the left always will just over speak to make their point.
They think a thousand words beats a single sentence that they oppose.
They are big fans of being the squeaky wheel that always gets the oil.
It's really not much different than the spoiled brat in the store begging it's mother for candy.
Problem is that it actually worked for them under past administrations.
