Bombing a nuclear launch site would not necessarily start a chain reaction in the fissile materials.

Yeah, a bit of radioactive crap might be blown around, but would most likely be buried under a mountain of rubble ~ easily contained.

iagree.gif Small amounts of radiation would be inevitable, and like Kreeper said, US wouldn't do anything to allow large amounts into South Korea and China.
